The agent we find for you pays a referral fee to us once the home closes
Free Referrals for you - More Details on How This works:
1. We speak with you and learn your REALTOR PREFERENCES .
2. We have a software that allows us to "see behind the scenes" to identify which Realtors are Top Producers. We identify and interview SEVERAL TOP REALTORS in the city where the you want to buy or sell. We have specific questions to ask the agent to determine if they "match" your preferences.
3. We share this information with you and you tell us which agent you prefer.
4. You'll speak with the agent you selected and begin the transaction process.
5. We follow-up throughout your buying &/or selling process to be sure you're satisfied. (It's like having 2 agents in one!)
6. We are paid by the agent with a small % of their NORMAL commission after closing.
7. Once paid, we then donate a portion of this payment to a Parkinson's Disease NOT-FOR-PROFIT organization . CURRENTLY IN USA - Looking into Canada/Europe/other countries possibly (More details about this soon.)
